Who cancels my current processing agreement?

Similar to closing an old checking account, you will need to cancel your current agreement once your new account is processing. We can help advise you through the process.

We will work with your point-of-sale or computer company to get your account converted. In most cases this is straightforward and handled by our team.

What about cancellation fees?

Let us know if you have a cancellation fee from your current processor — we may be able to assist with offsetting that cost as part of your transition.

How long does it take to get my new account?

This can vary, but your account can be ready in as little as 1–2 business days once we receive your completed documentation.

Can you utilize my current equipment?

This depends on the make and model of your equipment. Contact us and we will let you know right away whether your existing hardware is compatible.

What happens next after I submit my pre-application?

Once we receive your pre-application, we will send you the proper documents to execute. Once completed, we will begin the underwriting process and notify you as soon as your account is ready to go.
